Program Features

Progress is Tracked
Athletes can track training progress with the training app, and modify the appropriate training intensity and volume in different phases in the program.

Scientific Training
Progression principle enables athletes to move faster, more agile, and increase explosiveness. Velocity based training can track athletes’ performance, providing real-time feedback, in a bid to help athletes adapt the training and avoid injuries.
