AP Academy’s Youth Athlete Program is designed to provide children with the opportunity to develop their physical fitness, strength and coordination. Led by professional fitness trainers, the program combines games, sports and fun activities to help children develop their physical fitness while having fun.
Enhance Body and Brain Development
Strength and conditioning training can promote the integrated development of children’s body and brain. Exercise is closely related to brain function. Through exercise training, children can enhance the efficiency of neurotransmission, improve attention and learning ability, and strengthen spatial cognition and problem-solving skills.
Self-confidence Development
Through overcoming various sports challenges and making progress, children can build self-confidence and self-esteem. Physical fitness classes provide an environment where children feel proud to demonstrate their abilities and accomplishments.
Social Interaction
Trainings provide an opportunity for children to interact with their peers, build friendships, learn teamwork and communication skills through games and team activities.
How can you help your child improve and progress?
Athletic Ability Assessment
A systematic assessment will reveal the physical growth and athletic ability of students at different stages of their lives. Regular assessments can be used to review the effectiveness of training and progress made after regular exercise.
Physical Fitness Training
We provide professional and systematic training for students of different levels through our “Athletic Performance Training Model”.
Trainings are suitable for ages 5-12
Kids Leadership Program
Regular interactive teaching sessions are organized to provide students with hands-on teaching experience, so that they can learn how to get along with their classmates positively and learn to care, appreciate and encourage them to achieve all-round development.
Fitness Games for All
Students are welcome to participate in the annual AP Fitness Game for Students. This event allows students to get to know different children, increase communication opportunities, and learn about the athletic level of other students for mutual encouragement.
U8
6 – 8 years old
U8 Youth Athlete Program for 6-8 years old! This class is designed to help children develop their muscle strength and overall fitness while providing a fun and interactive learning environment.
Children at this age are at a critical time in their physical development when their muscles and bones are growing and strengthening. The Youth Athlete Program is designed to help them build a healthy foundation for exercise, increase muscle strength, coordination and flexibility, and develop an interest in sports.

U12
9 – 12 years old
U12 Youth Athlete Program for 9-12 years old! The aim of this program is to improve their muscular strength, endurance, coordination and overall physical fitness. This training will help youth build a healthy body foundation, improve athletic performance, prevent sports injuries and develop good sports habits.
Every Sunday 3pm – 4pm
