TECHNOLOGY APPLIED
We offer Inbody Composition Analysis for each member on monthly basis for tracking progress. Training App is used to track your own training records in achieving fitness goals effectively. Velocity based training is applied to provide a more specific training intensity.
CUSTOMISED GROUP TRAINING
We change the exercises in each group class program every 4 weeks, to effectively improve all fitness levels and lift training movement qualities. So that the training progress would not be hindered.

Starting with sports specific performance screening, we tailor-made periodisation strength and conditioning program for individual athletes and sports teams. We incorporate velocity-based training in setting training intensity, in a bid to assist athletes to reach their maximum performance.

Our Nutrition Coach @Precision Nutrition gives you a personalised nutrition guide for achieving your goals easier with a new and unique approach to track calories and count food portions. We help you how to deal with a variety of nutritional challenge and build practices that lead to improved health, body composition, and performance.
