HYROX training is the embodiment of hybrid high intensity and functional fitness. HYROX training combines 8 fitness exercises and running in a structured system, adding a comprehensive training system aimed at performance, turning fitness into a real sport for everyday gym-goers and elite athletes alike.

HYROX Training translates the fundamentals of HYROX events into a comprehensive and complete fitness performance approach, not only for HYROX event participants, but for any athlete looking to improve their health and fitness. It gives coaches a holistic view of their athletes’ mental and physical health journey.

HYROX is designed to train in a group class structure to emphasize the community aspect of the sport. HYROX athletes seek the company of other athletes, working towards a common goal with like-minded individuals.
