Child
Athlete Program
Challenge Yourself| Unleash Your Potential
AP Academy’s Child Athlete Program is designed to provide children with the opportunity to develop their physical fitness, strength and coordination. Led by professional fitness trainers, the program combines games, sports and fun activities to help children develop their physical fitness while having fun.
Enhance Body and Brain Development
Strength and conditioning training can promote the integrated development of children’s body and brain. Exercise is closely related to brain function. Through exercise training, children can enhance the efficiency of neurotransmission, improve attention and learning ability, and strengthen spatial cognition and problem-solving skills.
Self-confidence Development
Through overcoming various sports challenges and making progress, children can build self-confidence and self-esteem. Physical fitness classes provide an environment where children feel proud to demonstrate their abilities and accomplishments.
Social Interaction
Trainings provide an opportunity for children to interact with their peers, build friendships, learn teamwork and communication skills through games and team activities.

- Acceleration
- Speed can be defined as the ability to cover a given distance in a given time. Speed of movement depends on the technique and method of movement, both of which can be improved through training if deficiencies exist.
- Strength
- Strength training includes muscular endurance, muscular hypertrophy, and strength. Muscular endurance is the ability to maintain strength over time, and muscle hypertrophy is the enlargement of skeletal muscle fibers in response to recruitment.

- Energy System
- Energy metabolic system training includes the aerobic, anaerobic and lactic acid systems. Professional trainers can use a variety of modalities and methods to help children develop a higher level of energy metabolism.
