Through sports science and the experience of our professional team, we provide precise and personalized sports-specific plyometric training programs. This customized group training program is designed to develop targeted strength, power and speed while also meeting the recovery needs of high intensity training to prepare athletes for the season.
Customized Training Solutions
Our proprietary APT Model fitness program covers multiple aspects, including functional training, strength training, flexibility training, and conditioning. It comprehensively considers various bodily factors to achieve holistic health, physical appearance, and performance enhancement.
Progressive Training Plans
Unlike traditional group training, our approach aims to gradually improve your overall health and physical fitness levels. The progressive training method is a sustainable and long-term approach, based on incrementally increasing the intensity and difficulty of the workouts to promote physical adaptation and progress.
Value Options
Exclusive group training provides a customized training experience that is more affordable than personal training, thus reducing fitness costs.
For Athletes
Leading Training Technology
We have introduced Velocity-Based Training (VBT), which is used in all professional athletic fields, to quantify and adjust the intensity and load of athletic training through real-time velocity data. By monitoring an athlete’s movement speed during training, a real-time assessment of his/her strength and power levels can be obtained and the training program can be adjusted based on these assessments.
Adherence to Sports Specialization

- Body Composition
- It refers to the relative proportions and distribution of the various components of the body, including adipose tissue, muscle tissue, bone tissue and other tissues.
- Maximum Muscle Strength (Rapid Strength)
- is the ability of a muscle to generate force at a high rate of speed. It is an important component of athletic performance, especially in activities that require explosive movements, such as jumping, throwing, and some combat sports.
- Maximum muscle strength (slow speed strength)
- is the maximum force produced by a muscle at low speeds. It is the maximum force that a muscle can exert while performing a slow speed exercise or resisting a weight.
- Speed
- is the degree of rapidity with which an object or body moves in a unit of time. It describes the ability of a movement or action to be completed quickly.
- Agility
- It is the ability of the body to adapt and execute movements quickly and flexibly. It is a combination of athletic abilities, including the ability to change direction quickly, accelerate and decelerate, turn around, react flexibly, and coordinate body movements.
- Anaerobic Capacity
- It refers to the ability of the body to utilize anaerobic metabolism for energy supply when performing activities at high intensity for a short period of time. Anaerobic metabolism refers to the body’s ability to produce energy through non-oxidative metabolic pathways in the absence of adequate oxygen supply.
- Aerobic Endurance
- It refers to the body’s ability to supply energy efficiently through the aerobic metabolic system during prolonged, low- to moderate-intensity exercise. Aerobic metabolism is the body’s use of oxygen to break down carbohydrates, fats and proteins to produce energy.
