“People” is the Core of AP Academy
In 2021, AP Academy was co-founded by fitness coaches and enthusiasts who aspired to enable everyone to experience professional training while enjoying the benefits and fun of exercise. Beyond just accommodating elite athletes, AP Academy also helps fitness beginners develop workout habits. Many have been able to set goals and pursue their dreams with the help of AP Academy.
In just a few years, AP Academy has become the official partner of HYROX, one of the World’s Most Popular Fitness Race, the designated strength and conditioning partner for the Hong Kong Adult Volleyball Team, as well as the strength and conditioning partner for multiple Hong Kong schools and sports teams. Currently, AP Academy operates in 2 locations and has designed over 30 different training programs to meet the needs of beginners to professional athletes.
