Choose your 6-week transformation package

Your first 6-weeks is the best time to get results whilst you’re motivated and ready to go. Choose from one of the following packages

A) 3 x PT / week – “Ultimate Package”

B) 2 x PT / week – “Exclusive Package”

C) 1 x PT/ Week – “Blended Package”

D) Group Training Package

Step 4

Choose your maintenance program

After 6 weeks, you can maintain your physique and functional capacity with one of our maintenance packages.
