Our classes, last 50-60min, are offered in a motivated training environment by our professional coaches. The program is designed based on movement training, aiming at enhancing athletic skills. The aspects of speed/ability, strength/power, as well as conditioning will be developed to achieve the goals of sports performance enhancement and weight management.
