Hybrid Muscle Enlargement and Maximum Strength
Combines elements of muscle hypertrophy and maximal strength training. The primary goal is to simultaneously increase the size and strength of muscle tissue for overall body development and enhancement.
—————————————
Maximum Strength Phase
Designed to increase the body’s maximum strength and neurological adaptability. The main goal is to increase the neurological adaptation of muscle tissue to achieve greater strength performance.
