TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE COACHING
- Definitions
1.1 “Centre,” “APA,” “Studio,” or “Art Piece” refers to the facility operated by APA, M2R Investment Limited, and/or under the business name Art Piece, including its staff and representatives.
1.2 “Client” refers to the individual or group purchasing Private Coaching sessions.
1.3 “Session” refers to one booked coaching period. - General Provisions
2.1 All fees are payable in advance in HKD and are non-refundable except as required by law.
2.2 APA/Art Piece reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
2.3 In case of discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails. - Coaching Terms
3.1 Sessions are available by appointment outside scheduled class times.
3.2 Maximum 4 persons per session. Each additional person incurs HKD 200/session fee.
3.3 No designated coach is assigned; sessions are conducted by the professional coaching team. - Session Validity & Extensions
4.1 All purchased sessions must be completed within a validity period equal to 7 days × the number of sessions purchased (e.g., 12 sessions = 84 days validity).
4.2 Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited. - Absence Policy
5.1 A missed Private Coaching session is deemed “used.” No make-up, carry-over, or refund is provided.
5.2 Penalties may be waived for illness with a same-day notification and valid doctor’s certificate, or for other reasonable circumstances. - Booking & Cancellation
6.1 Sessions must be booked in advance via the Centre’s booking system.
6.2 Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance via the system. Late cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the session. - Personal Data & Marketing
7.1 Personal data may be used for administration, service review, and direct marketing by APA and Art Piece.
7.2 Clients may opt out of marketing at any time by contacting customer service.
7.3 Data may be shared with affiliated service providers.
7.4 Clients have the right to access and correct their data under Hong Kong privacy laws. - Photography & Videography
8.1 The Centre may take photos/videos for promotional use.
8.2 Participation implies consent to use of likeness unless the Client opts out before the session. - Liability Waiver
9.1 The Client voluntarily assumes all risks of injury or loss arising from participation.
9.2 The Client releases the Centre and its affiliates from all liability, including that arising from negligence. - Code of Conduct
10.1 Clients must respect staff and the facility.
10.2 The Centre may refuse service or terminate sessions for misconduct without refund. - Miscellaneous
11.1 These terms are governed by Hong Kong law.
11.2 Services Available with M2R Investment Limited and/or under the Business Name Art Piece:
Participants attending classes, treatments, or other activities at Art Piece’s locations, or those managed by M2R Investment Limited under the business name Art Piece, are also bound by Art Piece’s Terms and Conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR UNLIMITED PLAN
- Definitions
1.1 “Centre,” “APA,” “Studio,” or “Art Piece” refers to the facility operated by APA, M2R Investment Limited, and/or under the business name Art Piece, including its staff and representatives.
1.2 “Member” refers to the individual purchasing or holding the Unlimited Plan.
1.3 “Plan” refers to the Unlimited membership package (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). - General Provisions
2.1 All fees are payable in advance in HKD and are non-refundable except as required by law.
2.2 APA/Art Piece reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
2.3 In case of discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails. - Plan Terms
3.1 The Plan provides unlimited access, limited to 2 classes per day, to eligible classes for consecutive calendar months from activation.
3.2 Voluntary Suspension: A Member may suspend the Plan for a minimum of 1 month, subject to:
- Written request at least 7 days before suspension start.
- Administration fee of HKD 150 per month of suspension.
- Maximum 3 months suspension per 12-month rolling period.
- Contract period extends by suspension duration.
3.3 Post-Contract: After the initial term, the Plan continues monthly at prevailing rate unless terminated with at least 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
3.4 Early Termination: The Member may terminate early by paying a termination fee of HK$1,500.
3.5 Centre’s Right to Terminate: APA may suspend or terminate the Plan immediately for non-payment or policy violation without liability. - Booking, Attendance & Cancellation
4.1 Classes must be booked via GYMMASTER or MINDBODY from 1 week to 2 hours before start time.
4.2 Participants must sign in upon arrival. Failure to sign in will be recorded as an absence.
4.3 Late arrivals may be refused entry.
4.4 Cancellations must be made via the booking system at least 6 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows incur a penalty of HKD 50 per session, unless waived for valid reasons (e.g., illness with doctor’s note). - Personal Data & Marketing
5.1 Personal data may be used for administration, service review, and direct marketing by APA and Art Piece.
5.2 Members may opt out of marketing at any time by contacting customer service.
5.3 Data may be shared with affiliated service providers.
5.4 Members have the right to access and correct their data under Hong Kong privacy laws. - Photography & Videography
6.1 The Centre may take photos/videos for promotional use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 5/10 CLASS PACKS
- Definitions
1.1 “Centre,” “APA,” “Studio,” or “Art Piece” refers to the facility operated by APA, M2R Investment Limited, and/or under the business name Art Piece, including its staff and representatives.
1.2 “Client” or “Participant” refers to the individual purchasing or using the 5/10 Class Pack.
1.3 “Session” refers to one booked class.
1.4 “Pack” refers to the 5-session or 10-session class package purchased. - General Provisions
2.1 All fees are payable in advance in HKD and are non-refundable except as required by law.
2.2 APA/Art Piece reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
2.3 In case of discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails. - Pack Validity & Use
3.1 5-session packs are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
3.2 10-session packs are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
3.3 Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and are non-refundable.
3.4 Sessions are non-transferable. - Booking, Attendance & Cancellation

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRIAL PACK
- Definitions
1.1 “Centre,” “APA,” “Studio,” or “Art Piece” refers to the facility operated by APA, M2R Investment Limited, and/or under the business name Art Piece, including its staff and representatives.
1.2 “Client” refers to the individual purchasing or using the Introductory Offer.
1.3 “Starter Membership” refers to the 7-day unlimited access offer for Semi-Private Classes (SPC) and HYROX classes, priced at HK$595.
1.4 “First Trial Offer” refers to the single session trial offer for SPC, HYROX, or Youth Program classes, priced at HK$200 per session. - Eligibility & General Provisions
2.1 Both Introductory Offers are available to first-time clients only, unless otherwise specified in promotional materials.
2.2 All fees are payable in advance in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are non-refundable except as required by law.
2.3 APA/Art Piece reserves the right to amend these terms, suspend offers, or refuse service at its sole discretion.
2.4 In case of discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails. - Offer-Specific Terms
3.1 Starter Membership (HK$595)
3.1.1 Provides unlimited access, limited to 2 classes per day, to eligible Semi-Private Classes (SPC) and HYROX classes for 7 consecutive days from the date of activation.
3.1.2 Must be activated within 30 days of purchase.
3.1.3 Access is subject to class availability and advance booking requirements.
3.1.4 This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
3.2 First Trial Offer (HK$200/session)
3.2.1 Provides access to one (1) session in either SPC, HYROX, or Youth Program classes.
3.2.2 Valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
3.2.3 The specific class type (SPC, HYROX, or Youth Program) must be selected at time of booking.
3.2.4 Only one First Trial Offer may be purchased per individual. - Booking & Attendance Policies
4.1 All classes must be booked in advance through the Centre’s designated booking system (GYMMASTER or MINDBODY).
4.2 Booking windows: Classes may be booked from one week up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
4.3 Participants must sign in upon arrival at the studio. Failure to sign in will be recorded as an absence.
4.4 Late Arrivals: Participants must arrive on time. The Centre reserves the right to prohibit entry to latecomers to avoid disrupting the class. - Cancellation & No-Show Policy
5.1 Cancellations must be made through the booking system at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class, or failure to attend a booked session, will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund or rescheduling.
5.3 The Centre does not accept cancellations by phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other method outside the designated booking system. - Health & Safety
6.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in physical exercise.
6.2 Clients must complete any required health questionnaires or waivers before participating.
6.3 Clients must follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff. - Personal Data & Direct Marketing
7.1 Personal data provided during registration may be used by Athletic Performance Academy Limited (APA) and M2R Investment Limited (Art Piece) for processing applications, service administration, and direct marketing purposes.
7.2 Clients have the right to opt out of direct marketing communications at any time by contacting customer service.
7.3 Personal data may be shared with affiliated companies and service providers for operational purposes.
7.4 Clients have the right to access and correct their personal data in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. - Photography & Videography
8.1 The Centre may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional, educational, or archival purposes.
8.2 By participating, Clients consent to the use of their image or likeness in promotional materials, social media, advertising, or on the Centre’s website.
8.3 Clients who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must notify the instructor before the class begins. - Liability Waiver & Risk Acknowledgement
9.1 The Client voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, accident, or loss that may arise from participation in fitness activities.
9.2 The Client releases the Centre, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury or damage, including that caused by negligence. - Code of Conduct
10.1 Clients must respect staff, other participants, and the facility at all times.
10.2 The Centre reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access for misconduct, policy violations, or disruptive behavior without refund. - Miscellaneous
11.1 These Introductory Offers cannot be paused, extended, or transferred to another person.
11.2 Youth Program participants under age 16 must have membership held by a parent or guardian, and adult accompaniment is recommended for classes.
11.3 These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
11.4 Services Available with M2R Investment Limited and/or under the Business Name Art Piece:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WELCOME WEEK PACK
- Definitions
1.1 “Centre,” “APA,” “Studio,” or “Art Piece” refers to the facility operated by APA, M2R Investment Limited, and/or under the business name Art Piece, including its staff and representatives.
1.2 “Participant” refers to the individual taking part in the Welcome Week Promotion.
1.3 “Welcome Week” refers to the 7-day promotional period offered quarterly (January, April, July, October).
1.4 “Promotion Period” refers to the 7 consecutive days starting from the Participant’s first visit date. - Eligibility & General Provisions
2.1 The Welcome Week Promotion is available to first-time visitors of the Centre only.
2.2 All promotional benefits are provided free of charge for the duration of the Promotion Period.
2.3 APA/Art Piece reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
2.4 In case of discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails. - Promotion Period & Access
3.1 The Promotion Period is 7 consecutive days starting from the Participant’s first visit date.
3.2 All benefits are only valid during this 7-day period and expire immediately thereafter.
3.3 The promotion is offered quarterly during specified promotional months (January, April, July, October), subject to Centre scheduling and availability. - Free Benefits During Welcome Week
4.1 Class Access:
4.1.1 Participants may attend up to 2 different types of Semi-Private Classes per day.
4.1.2 Class bookings are subject to availability and must be made in advance through the Centre’s booking system.
4.2 Body Composition Analysis & Consultation:
4.2.1 One (1) complimentary body composition analysis and exercise planning consultation is provided per Participant.
4.2.2 This service must be booked in advance and completed during the Promotion Period.
4.3 Gym & Facility Access:
4.3.1 Participants may use all fitness equipment, cardio machines, and public areas once per day.
4.3.2 Access to showers, lockers, and other basic facilities is included.
4.3.3 All facility use is subject to the Centre’s standard safety rules and operating hours. - Conversion Incentives
5.1 Class Pack Discount:
5.1.1 Participants who purchase any Class Pack during the Promotion Period or within 3 days after its conclusion will receive an additional 20% discount on the pack price.
5.1.2 This discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer.
5.2 Unlimited Plan Bonus:
5.2.1 Participants who sign up for an Unlimited Plan during the Promotion Period or within 3 days after its conclusion will receive an additional 2 weeks added to their membership term at no extra cost.
5.3 Referral Bonus:
5.3.1 Participants who refer a friend who becomes a paying member during or within 7 days of the Participant’s Promotion Period will receive an additional 7 days of free Semi-Private Class access.
5.3.2 The referred friend must mention the Participant’s name at sign-up, and both parties must be active to receive the bonus.
5.3.3 This bonus access must be used within 30 days of being granted. - Booking & Attendance Policies

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OPEN GYM SERVICE
- Definitions
1.1 “Gym,” “Centre,” “APA,” or “Art Piece” refers to the facility operated by APA, M2R Investment Limited, and/or under the business name Art Piece.
1.2 “Member” refers to the individual with active Open Gym access.
1.3 “Session” refers to one Open Gym access period (max 2 hours). - General Provisions
2.1 All fees are payable in advance in HKD and are non-refundable except as required by law.
2.2 APA/Art Piece reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
2.3 In case of discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version prevails. - Access & Eligibility
3.1 Open Gym is available by appointment during non-peak hours.
3.2 Limited to 2 hours per day.
3.3 Only active account members are permitted.
3.4 Not included with Art Piece 5/10 Class Packs or Unlimited Plans.
3.5 Members under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. - Unsupervised Use & Risk Acknowledgement
4.1 Open Gym during non-staffed hours is unsupervised. No staff assistance or emergency response is available.
4.2 Surveillance cameras record but are not monitored continuously.
4.3 The Member voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, accident, or loss.
4.4 The Member releases the Gym and its affiliates from all liability, including negligence. - Safety & Conduct Rules
The Member agrees to:
5.1 Use only equipment they understand how to operate safely.
5.2 Limit all movements to 80% loading during non-staffed hours.
5.3 Inspect equipment before use and report faults immediately.
5.4 Clean and return all equipment after use.
5.5 Not allow unauthorized persons into the Gym.
5.6 Not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5.7 Vacuum, mop, and wipe down used equipment after session.
5.8 Turn off lights and AC, and ensure door is locked when leaving. - Suspension & Termination
6.1 The Gym may suspend or cancel access for violations of safety rules, misconduct, or unauthorized use.
6.2 No refund will be provided for suspended or terminated access. - Personal Data & Marketing
7.1 Personal data may be used for administration and direct marketing by APA and Art Piece.
7.2 Members may opt out of marketing at any time.
7.3 Data may be shared with affiliated service providers.
7.4 Members have the right to access and correct their data under Hong Kong privacy laws. - Emergency Protocol
8.1 Members alone in the Gym should call 999 in case of emergency. - Miscellaneous
