HYROX training is the embodiment of hybrid high intensity and functional fitness. HYROX combines 8 sports and running in a structured system, adding a comprehensive training system aimed at performance, turning fitness into a real sport for everyday gym-goers and elite athletes alike.
HYROX Training translates the fundamentals of HYROX events into a comprehensive and complete fitness performance approach, not only for HYROX event participants, but for any athlete looking to improve their health and fitness. It gives coaches a holistic view of their athletes’ mental and physical health journey.
HYROX is designed to train in a group class structure to emphasize the community aspect of the sport. HYROX athletes seek out the company of other athletes, working toward a common goal with like-minded individuals.


HYROX Group Training

Physical Fitness Test (P'F"T)
The Hyrox Physical Fitness Test (P’F”T) has been specifically designed to give you the perfect introduction into Hyrox and measure where your Hyrox fitness level is at.


HYROX Circuit Challenge
The Circuit Challenge replaces one of your regular scheduled HYROX classes with a fast and fun taste of fitness racing.
By using the same time that one of your existing classes takes, for example 45 minutes or 60 minutes, whatever it may be, and substituting it with a more serious challenge, you’re able to keep your athletes engaged with no extra commitment for your busy members.

Our specialized sessions will prepare young athletes for the demands of HYROX, focusing on functional strength, endurance, and proper technique—all in a fun, supportive environment.
