Slim Fit

Shape your body

Free-weights equipments used including barbell and suspension training etc. Slim Fit improves muscle strength and body shape by performing tempo training and super sets. The class targets core and full body muscles with appropriate movement pattern like squats and bench press.

Members record their training in the App and adjust required intensity based on own’s progress and levels to make each training more specific and targeted.

Boot Camp

Fat burning and weight losing

A mix of function training and interval training. Boot Camp burns fats by improving  muscle endurance, cardiovascular and pulmonary function. Members in groups complete the full-body workouts in maximum number of times within the specified time, in order to effectively burns fat and calories.

Muay Thai

lmprove body shape; enhance strength and conditioning

Muay Thai contains full-body workouts, including sandbag exercises and sparring training with coach. Members achieve fat burning and weight losing by interval training. By learning proper Muay Thai techniques, upper/lower limbs, and trunk muscle strength are enhanced.

Pump

Fat burning and muscle building

Pump strengthens muscles by doing high repetitions. Class focuses on specific muscle groups so you can sculpt and tone your entire body.

Enhance strength and conditioning; sports performance

AP Glow incorporates sports performance, basic strength and conditioning training. Class aims at strengthening coordination, speed, explosiveness, strength power and energy system.

Suspension Training

Fat burning

Suspension Training is a form of resistance full-body training by performing a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements. Physical strength is developed by adjusting the intensity using functional movements and dynamic positions. TRX training develops core strength as well as muscular stability.

Stretch & Mobility

Deep fascia relaxation

Stretch & Mobility combines fascial release techniques and deep fascia stretching. Class uses fascial compression tools to relax fascial connective tissue. Isometric training method is used to increase deep muscle strength. Stick Mobility is a training stick for deep stretching, increasing joint range of motion, improving poor posture, and preventing injuries.

Functional Fitness

Improve basic muscle strength and physical fitness

Class design is based on basic movement patterns, such as knee-dominant, vertical push, etc. Functional-Fitness uses super set training methods to improve functional muscle strength and improve muscle imbalances through unilateral training.  Interval training is added after resistance training to improve cardiopulmonary function. Member achieves daily muscle strength and physical fitness requirements.

Senior Fitness

Functional training for seniors

Functional training for seniors simulates common movements and actions in life, such as operating a vacuum cleaner, carrying a suitcase, carrying heavy objects, walking up stairs, or engaging in sports that they used to play in earlier age. Class focuses on training in five major functions include posture, strength, stability, mobility and cardiorespiratory endurance, targeting to improve movement ability in daily life.
